📜 Rules of Play
- Head-to-head, 2 players — no account needed, just a nickname and a room code.
- The board starts with 2 discs each in the center, set diagonally opposite.
- Place a disc so it flanks one or more of your opponent's discs in a straight line (any of the 8 directions) — every flanked disc flips to your color.
- If you have no legal move anywhere on the board, your turn is automatically skipped and play returns to your opponent.
- The game ends when the board is full, or neither player has a legal move left.
- Whoever has the most discs on the board when the game ends wins — it can also end early if one color is wiped out entirely.
💡 Tips & Tricks
- On your turn, legal squares light up on the board — tap one to place your disc there.
- Corners can never be flanked back once you take them — they're the most valuable squares on the board.
- Having more discs early isn't always good — it can leave you with fewer safe moves later. Board control matters more than raw count until the endgame.
- Away too long? The host can remove an inactive player with the × button next to their name.
